We strongly advise you measure your caravan mattress before ordering to confirm suitability as no refunds will be issued due to incorrect sizing. Due to the nature of the product, refunds cannot be accepted for change of mind, or change of circumstances after the product has been unboxed. .
If you have a change of circumstances, and would like to return your unboxed products, you are welcome to do so if contact is made within 30 days. Orders will be refunded when product is returned to our warehouse minus a shipping and restocking fee of $25. Please contact our team at customercare@dreamerrv.com.au for a return shipping label.
