CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT-OFF

DUE TO A LARGE INFLUX OF ORDERS, WE HAVE MOVED THE CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT OFF DATE FORWARD TO

 MIDNIGHT SUNDAY 10TH DECEMBER

 

We will be dispatching until Friday 22nd December, and will be moving as quickly as possible to get your orders to you. Orders placed after the cut-off may still arrive on time, but results cannot be guaranteed.

 

Pick up is available from our Redcliffe, QLD warehouse leading up to Christmas. Please email us to arrange.

DELIVERY WITHOUT A FIXED HOME ADDRESS

HOLIDAY WAREHOUSE & OFFICE CLOSURE

Our warehouse and office staff will be taking a well earnt break from 23rd Dec – 3rd Jan. All orders placed during this period will be dispatched on 4th January 2024.

**Please note we will not be available to answer email or phone enquiries during this time. If you need to contact us to change order details, please email us at [email protected] marking the subject line as URGENT and we will be in touch with you as a priority on our return.

 

DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME ADDRESS

We use Australia Post for most deliveries. Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We recommend registering for an Auspost account online, and using the same email address to place your order so you can get up to date tracking information on your delivery.

All items that are in stock at time of ordering will be dispatched from our SE QLD warehouse in 1-2 business days. If you are ordering more than one product, your items will be shipped to you separately.

 

DELIVERY WITHOUT A FIXED HOME ADDRESS

If you are a full-time traveller without a fixed home address, we can still get your products to you using the Australia Post Parcel Collect Service. Follow the simple steps below and you’ll be sleeping better in no time!

To use this service, you will need a MyPost Account. If you don’t already have one, you can create one here.

Log into your MyPost account and navigate to the ‘Alternative Addresses” tab.

Search for a location from the list of participating Parcel Collect Post Offices.

Add the location to your delivery addresses.

You will then have a new ‘Parcel Collect’ address to use.

THINGS TO REMEMBER

– Make sure the Post Office opening hours are convenient for you

– If you are on the move and ordering ahead of your travels, be sure to allow time for delivery (up to 2 weeks to some remote locations)

– It is important you choose a Parcel Collect Location and NOT a Parcel Locker or PO BOX.

– Once your items have arrived, you will be notified by Australia Post and your items will be held for you for 2 weeks.

It is important you give us your 10 digit customer number with your shipping address. This will ensure a smooth pick up when it arrives at your chosen post office.
