Frequently asked questions
How do I work out the right size for my setup?
Caravan beds can be a little tricky — unlike domestic beds, there’s no standard sizing across caravan makes and models. That’s why we always recommend measuring your mattress rather than relying on whether it’s called a Queen, Double or Single.
Measure the width and length of your mattress in millimetres, including any head-end bolster in the total length, and take note of the corner profile at the foot end of your mattress.
You can then enter your measurements into our Sizing Calculator to find your best Wanderluxe™ fit.

Do you offer custom sizing?
At this stage, we don’t manufacture one-off custom sizes. Instead, we’ve developed the Wanderluxe™ range in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and corner profiles to suit many of the caravan bed configurations found across Australia.
Your topper also doesn’t need to be an exact millimetre-for-millimetre match to your mattress. In many cases, a slightly smaller topper is preferable to one that overhangs your mattress or interferes with surrounding cabinetry.
Rounded-corner toppers can also work well on square and many cut-corner mattresses.

What does it feel like, and where can I try one?
The Wanderluxe™ Mattress Topper has a medium-soft feel, adding a plush layer of cushioning while still gently supporting and conforming to your body.
Made from 50mm gel-infused memory foam, it is designed to soften the feel of a firm caravan mattress, help relieve pressure and create a more comfortable sleeping surface without feeling overly soft or unstable.

Can I have my order delivered while I’m on the road?
Absolutely! We know many of our customers are travelling, so we use Australia Post for all Dreamer RV deliveries, giving you plenty of flexibility while you’re on the road.
If you don’t have a fixed delivery address, Australia Post Parcel Collect is a great option. Simply choose a participating Post Office through your MyPost account and have your order sent there ready for collection.
We recommend choosing a location far enough ahead in your itinerary to allow time for dispatch and delivery. Just make sure you’ll be in the area long enough to collect your parcel once it arrives.
In-stock orders are generally dispatched from our Sydney warehouse within 1–2 business days, with dispatch extending to 3–4 business days during peak periods. You can also enter your postcode at checkout to view an estimated delivery timeframe before placing your order.
